We propose on sale a practical selection of the best products of the Sardinian Campidano:
Two bottles of Crannatza, Vernaccia of Family Orro
A Baffa of sardinian mullet roe processed by Pino Spanu, from Cabras
A pot of Oia Pistada (pounded olives in extra virgin olive oil)
A pecorino cheese of Siamanna
Five jars of honey: millefiori, Sulla, Eucalyptus, rock rose and thistle.
The Campidano of Oristano is a land rich in contrasting landscapes, which are reproduced also on the many culinary traditions.
The ponds, the lowlands, the rice fields, make a striking contrast to the first slopes that surround the plain towards the Montiferru and Grighine. We tried to reproduce the mood of this land through his more typical notes, between the sea and the mountains, expressed with genuine excellence.
Features:
We may begin with two bottles of 0,50 l Crannatza, one of the best vernaccia of Famiglia Orro, Tramatza. To which we can safely combine a mullet bottarga, worked by Pino Spanu, in his workshop in Cabras.
The Famiglia Orro, now protagonist of the rural area, introduces us to a treasure chest in the country of Tramatza, the Oia Pistada (pounded olives, seasoned with extra virgin olive oil), proposed in a jar from 900 g (drained weight).
We continue with a semi-mature pecorino cheese, produced from the milk of the flocks of the Brothers Manca, shepherds from Siamanna.
It seemed appropriate to conclude with five examples of honey of Sant'Anna: the inevitable millefiori, Sulla, Eucalyptus, rock rose and thistle. Jars of 250 gr. Manufacturer: Scarabelli.
