A walk on the beach at sunset, the intense scent of juniper and in the head a song about Indians and Supramonte ... here is the idea: Chinook hops, grown in the Yakina Valley - ancient reserve of American Indians - and juniper of wild Sardinia ("Nibaru"). It is exciting to combine two elements so far apart to try to convey the same feelings of a May evening. 

At the sight: Nibari has a straw yellow color with coppery reflections, the foam is ivory, fine and full-bodied.
On the palate: A bitter and harmonious sensation. We wanted to look for a strong but not aggressive character: the scent reveals hints of pine, thyme, Mediterranean scrub and the balsamic and resinous notes of juniper, enhanced by the aroma of Chinook hops.
Serving suggestions: Nibari is by nature a refreshing beer; we love the "IPA" and this is our beer when we look for something fresh and decisive. We recommend it with rich first courses such as lasagna or ravioli. Try it also with grilled meats or truffle eggs, it is ideal to accompany blue cheeses.
