Imperial Stout, Sardinian craft beer
Features:
Our craft brewers, without a tradition to follow, they are totally free to embark on daring experiments, characterized by the use of unusual ingredients, but closely linked to the production area. This is the case of the young Sardinian Nicola Perra: with the extraordinary BB10 he uses even the sapa (cooked grape must) of Cannonau.
A natural "vinous" takes us all the way, smelling warm and sumptuous caramel, cocoa, plum, black cherry and strawberry grape, up to the palate of rich complex flavors reminiscent of a turn caramel, chocolate, licorice, plum and quince, and sweet dried fruits such as figs and raisins. Despite it is a typical beer from meditation to finish the evening, a table can accompany the most of the renowned Piemontese mixed boiled, countering a savory cheese and, for dessert, it increases the pleasure of chocolate and sweet ricotta.
