Golden color and creamy white foam, Toccadibò immediately reminds us of a golden Strong Ale.

In the nose,it  is clean and dry with hints of pronounced alcohol that soon evaporates to leave a sumptuous fruity peach and apricot syrup triumph that is well balanced with notes of aromatic hops that resemble chives. In the palate, the announced sensation of "warming" is well contrasted by bold dryness that gives us a spicy aftertaste, clean and sharp that immediately leads us, in spite of the strong alcohol content, to a desired second glass. The more careful taster will not fail to feel an unusual but pleasant note of amaretto.
