The UNIONE PASTORI Cooperative Society, founded in 1962, is today a Producers' Organization with the aim of enhancing production, through a dynamic corporate philosophy of aggregation and cooperation. Located in Nurri, in the heart of Sardinia, it has more ancient origins from a centuries-old agro-pastoral vocation, thanks to the historical heritage of a proud and very enterprising people.

It is a production reality rooted in the territory, a pure synthesis of high competence, culture and tradition. The love for the land creates the element of inspiration, and the bond between man and territory is the strength that allows the production of typical cheeses of high quality. The rigorous process of milk selection, the accurate controls of the farms, and the use of the most advanced technologies, are the basis of the commitment developed with passion and determination up to the transformation of the milk, with the production of fine sheep, goat and mixed sheep and goat cheeses. The uncontaminated pastures of a generous nature are enriched by herbaceous and shrubby essences of the Mediterranean scrub, which give the milk and cheeses aromas and particular characteristics.
