The organic farm Gianluca Floris is located in the countryside of Siliqua in a flat area where the sheep breed according to the rules of organic farming. Here Gianluca carries out all farm operations, starting from the sowing of the fields to feed livestock, ending with cheese production in MINI-DAIRY company.

The breeding. 
The animals eat food produced within the company: fodder, cereals and legumes such as barley, oats, wheat and field beans according to the annual production, as I adopt the system of crop rotation, avoiding the use of chemical fertilizers. 
The main food is still grass growing in the fields. 
I get so organic meat and milk to be allocated to those who want to try my products.

The dairy. 
The MINI-DAIRY is located within the organic farm, this is where I transform the fresh milk of animals. 
I get so fresh cheeses, as well as delicious cheeses. 
The small amount of work allow me to pay close attention to every single form, to guarantee the goodness of what they produce.
