Our work is inspired by and follows certain principles and fundamental criteria: the protection of biodiversity, the development of sustainable agriculture, the search for innovation without discarding traditional knowledge.

The Educational Farm "Famiglia Orro" is a small family business located in Tramatza, a village in the central-western Sardinia, in the heart of the Mediterraneo. The company is spread over 10 hectares of land where they grow grapes, olives and vegetables. All products are processed on the spot, the wines from our cellar and vegetables in the food laboratory business.

This is why we cultivate local varieties only native vines such as (Vernaccia di Oristano and Nieddera), olives and vegetables typical of the area, such as the spiny artichoke in Sardinia.

The protection of biodiversity also leads to the discovery and exploitation of the ancient processing techniques and recipes. We proceed safely, with the support of scientific research and the safety procedures required. This adds value to our products, ensuring a good, clean and fair.
