The land seems to stir a breathe and the water lines, which quickly disappears, you see it resurface in the leaves and in the swelling of the fruit. The lands are located in the hills of Sorso and Sennori in northern Sardinia, in the Sassari area. They kissed by the sun and beaten by a strong northwest wind that periodically comes on time all year. The sea is close by and if you're downwind you feel the scent. The beauty of the area is the setting for rows of olive trees and vines that seem to get strength and vitality from this air which, in turn, gives flavor to the fruit.

Each stage of production is sustained and supported by professionals, but my whole family takes part in the work, especially for the olive harvest and the vintage. The oil and the wine have the special flavor of the results obtained with the combination of forces.
