We wanted to represent the Logudoro with some of its best local products:
A form of blue cheese of Thiesi (Ovinforth)
Two forms of Pecorino di Osilo
A bottle of Cannonau 100%
An Isola dei Nuraghi IGT: cannonau and muristellu
Vermentino di Sardegna Doc
Cagnulari from Usini
Some packs of Sospiri, almond sweet from Peano
Logudoro is a land with uncertain boundaries, bathed by the sun and surrounded by the sea. Perhaps it is the area with most dairy tradition of the entire Sardinia, which now has a very important wine heritage.
In the selection you will find:
A form of blue cheese of Thiesti (Ovinforth - 1.75 kg)
Two forms of Pecorino di Osilo, made in MINI-DAIRY Slow Food of Gavinuccio Turra (1.6 kg-shaped)
The three labels of the new winery Ledda, of Bonnannaro, a cannonau in purity, a blend between cannonau and muristellu, with vines grown on basalt and Vermentino di Sardegna Doc
A great example of cagnulari in purity of Usini (Cantina Fiori)
Some packages of Sospiri, almond cakes made by Peano, in Ozieri.
