The Minnammentu comes from the fruit of young vines planted on sandy plain overlooking the plain of Badesi. The color is deep pink with subtle purple hues, the taste is smooth with notes of blueberry and cherry. To be served in combination with red and white meats (also cold) or seafood.
Try also with a Fiore Sardo Pdo cheese or some slice of sausage or Marmillan musteba.
