Coriander Honey is certainly a new peculiarity of our company, produced in June in the Natural Park of Pisa, it is a honey with a delicate flavor at times with notes of vanilla and at times spicy, characterized by a delicate floral scent. It has a light color, tends to crystallize with a fine and soft grain.
It finds an excellent combination with aged and blue cheeses, for those who want to “dare” we recommend it with salami and fresh lard!
The hives of the Tuscan Mieleria are always moved to different places, identifying the blooms, throughout the Tuscan area: from the coast to the adjacent plain, from the hills to the mountains to produce different monofloral varieties of honey: from the Mediterranean maquis produced in the woods that they distinguish the Tuscan landscape, with Acacia, Chestnut and Honeydew honey produced in the Tuscan Apennines, with Sunflower, Ivy, Sulla and Millefiori honey produced along the Tyrrhenian coast.
