Rubiu born a summer afternoon spent on the sand talking about dreams, the desire to create, the desire to express themselves and the spirit of our places.
From the shared passion of three friends, Rubiu has become a small craft brewery with a production aimed both at the direct consumption within its premises and the distribution through the bottled in the 75 cl format.
We have a modern plant, entirely in steel, which guarantees maximum hygiene in all stages of production. Our Sardinian beers are produced in high fermentation, we do not pasteurize or filter them so as not to alter or damage aromas and flavors that would otherwise be lost. Finally, in order to obtain a natural carbonation and a greater roundness, we carry out a second fermentation in the bottle.
