The search for quality, genuineness, traceability of ingredients and imagination are the guiding values of the Rubiu Brewery. We do not like waste and we try to reduce our waste as much as possible.
What does it mean to actually run a craft brewery? It means to create beers using water, cereals, hops, yeast. By mixing these ingredients wisely, a sugary liquid called must is obtained, which is fermented by the yeasts in special fermenters and which, after a few weeks, turns into the best and healthiest drink after the water. From our hands to your glass the pace may seem long, but the final satisfaction is priceless!
