It all started in 1913, when one of our ancestors, already owner of olive groves, bought a house in the center of the village of Escolca with an adjoining oil mill which he immediately put into operation. Already since then the attachment of our family for the production of extra virgin olive oil began. This, the fourth generation, wants to continue the family tradition, with a lot of experience and competence behind it. The olives are pressed in the very modern proprietary oil mill (which also works for third parties). The olive grove area of the company is 10 hectares and the varieties of olives grown are "Bosana", "Tonda di Cagliari" and "Pitz'è Carroga". The right combination of the various Cultivars allows us to extract a medium fruity oil with a balanced, spicy bitter taste. For some years we have been producing flavored oils that come from the right combination between our extra virgin olive oil and the scents and aromas of our island. The company is strictly family-run, the young owner Alessandro, together with his parents Andrea and Martina, deals with the transformation and pressing of the olives, everything related to bottling and labeling, packing on site, while his sister Alice is the sales manager .
