The apistic company “Su Sèntiu” takes its name from the wind that runs through the valleys of central-southern Sardinia, where bees are conducted during the year following the flowering of the different essences.
Ours is a beekeeping no, which is based on respect for bees and the seasonality of spontaneous blooms, in uncontaminated territories and far from sources of pollution. Choosing to move the hinges during the year allows us to get honeys monoflora precious and millefiori unique organoleptic profile, typical of biodiversity sardinia.

We produce honey according to methods crafts, without pasteurization or processing that alter the nutritional and aromatic properties. Each batch is extracted cold, filtered and carefully packed.
Our honeys are not all the same, as are not seasons, territories, flowers. Each pot tells a different story.
