We are in Escolca, 416 meters above sea level, in the southern hills of Sarcidano, near the nuragic sites of Giara di Serri, Orroli, Barumini, in the heart of Sardinia, the land of men centenarians.

The landscape is sweet and sour, stern yet gentle. Our olive trees are in the hills, with excellent exposure to the sun. The plants are traditional, low density, approximately 125 plants per hectare, and have an average age of 50 years.
