The Fiori family has been making wine for over 3 generations and has always managed this activity in Usini, a renowned wine area of Logudoro. In the countryside of Sas Luzzanas, Serra Juales and Serra Aspridda, combining tradition, passion, creativity and dynamism, Francesco Fiori follows directly the cultivation of about six acres of land, with innovative, and sometimes courageous choices, but with unwavering respect for tradition and the territory.

The vineyards are all located in the countryside of Usini, planted on a hill of clay and limestone, with an average age of 35 years. The vines are grown in “Alberello latino”. The predominant white grape is Vermentino, while the red berry is Cagnulari. Other red grapes are the typical Cannonau, Pascale, Muristellu and Nieddu Mannu. By careful selection of grapes Vermentino and Cagnulari, we produce the bottle wine. The first bottling was carried out in 2003, with approximately 3,000 bottles.
