In the heart of Barbagia, known for its harsh climates and steep slopes, we have a craftsman of Gavoi, Francesco Ibba, who carefully selects local fruits to give us jams and marmalades of superior quality.

These wonderful prickly pear jams are made thanks to the majesty of the sun beating on the Campidano, able to wonderfully ripen the typical fruits of that area.

The fruits, harvested, crusted and spindled, are processed in a natural and artisanal way, to give us a finished product that is noble, healthy and rich in taste.

Ideal with a bland cheese, not too seasoned. On a biscuit or with fresh bread.
