Beer Bianca Lara comes from durum wheat grown in Sardinia, between the mountains and the sea.
A mix of scents of vanilla, pear and peach and a soft vanilla flavor, thanks to the presence of wheat. Because of its hints of citrus and acid it is the perfect accompaniment to fish dishes, enhancing the flavor.
Recommended as an aperitif.
Ingredients: water, unmalted wheat, barley malt, wheat malt, hops, spices, yeast.
Non-pasteurized beer, unfiltered and re-fermented in the bottle.
