Gariga, a new company producing a refined Sardinian extra virgin olive oil. The olive groves are planted in Bolotana, the machinery is at the forefront of Europe, the plants are healthy and the hands are expert.

Our oil is called 'Gariga', typical Mediterranean vegetation present at the foot of the mountain.
And it is right at the foot of the mountains of central Sardinia that our olive groves are present.
