Compotes Mammai come from a virtually unspoiled place, where the land is generous, moist and fertile. In these almost virgin territories born preserved Mammai, made only with Sardinian products, natural, wholesome, healthy, gathered in perfect ripeness dictated by the pace of the season.

Twenty years of experimentation, testing, technical refinement, led to surprising results; whom we persuaded to share our recipes of jams, maramalades, compotes and salalizie: that exquisite combinations of fruits and vegetables can be enjoyed alone or with recommended combinations: Pecorino cheese, for example.
