Sardinian Brandy dry

Wine selection: we distill mainly white wines, fresh, and from red grapesvariety, chosen for their organoleptic properties and acidity.

Distillation: use of stills in a water bath, with discontinuous procedure and double distillation.

Dilution aging: dilution with water of the sources of San Leonardo, followed by aging in stainless steel tanks for 6 months after distillation.

Assembly: after refinement, refined selection of spirits, mixed in a variable ratio to obtain the character of our Abbardente Secca.

Technical data: alcohol 48% vol.
