It is a modern and youthful interpretation of rose wine.

The autochthonous vine prince of Sardinian viticulture is a vine that, if harvested early and worked in a gentle and delicate way, thanks to its finesse and its elegance, can produce wines that are extremely fresh, agile and pleasant.

Sangiovese enhances the fruity component. The short contact of the must with the skins allows a minimum release of the coloring and tannic components, thus producing a clarified must and of good acidity which in fermentation develops a wide and captivating aromatic set.

Color - Soft pink

Perfume - The olfactory profile is rich and varied, in which the primary varietal aromas and the secondary fermentations blend together to form an exuberant bouquet. Violet is the main floral note, peaches the fruity one.

Taste - Elegant and at the same time lively, relaxed and casual; very drinkable due to the low alcohol content and good liveliness.
