ambat is born in Alghero on a limestone-clay terroir that enhances the savory and fruity expressions of the most representative white grape of Sardinia, the Vermentino. the grapes are grown in the vines 28 and 30 of the sella & mosca estates, the most exposed to the north-west quadrants from where the breezes or the most arrogant mistral gusts carry the saltiness of the nearby sea on the grapes
