Our vineyards are located in the countryside of Lula, a small town of the barony in the province of Nuoro, in the locality Tuppita. Here the soils are of granitic origin, medium texture tending to sandy places at an altitude that varies from 200 to 300 meters above sea level. 

With the experience gained in the family business, in 2003, the work of the farm owner was born farm Tuppita which covers a land area of 13 hectares of vineyards and olive groves.

In 2007, as part of a corporate restructuring, the Azienda Agricola Tuppita is absorbed by the Company Colle Nivera, a young and dynamic company that continues the path taken by the founder.

The particular care in the choice of the forms of breeding and high plant density combined with low and selected production of grapes per plant, characterize the objective of the cellar.

High quality with organoleptic characteristics in synergy with the changing tastes meant for all those who are not only in the wine a pleasant drink but a way of life.

Our vineyards are located in the countryside of Lula, a small town of the barony in the province of Nuoro, in the locality Tuppita. Here the soils are of granitic origin, medium texture tending to sandy places at an altitude that varies from 200 to 300 meters above sea level. The landscape at the foot of Montalbo is hilly and covered in large part by the maquis. The climate is decidedly Mediterranean hot, windy and a little rainy, with rainfall concentrated in the autumn and late winter periods.

These environmental characteristics, combined with the strong temperature difference between day and night during the summer, I allow us to obtain a remarkable quality of the grapes, using limited irrigation interventions and especially, fertilizer and phyto-sanitary defense.

The total area under vines is 12.00 ha, divided into two vineyards: the first of 10 ha and the second of only 2.00 ha. For we both chose the type of farming Guyot and a sufficiently high density planting of 5,400 vines per hectare, with the aim of having low production of grapes per plant.

Vermentino, Malvasia and Moscato; Cannonau, Carignano, Sangiovese, Bovale, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah.
